The living area invites you in to lounge about and have great conversation, or watch a movie on the large TV. Prepare beach picnic snacks in the beautiful kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need and a breakfast bar. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a soft Queen-size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Kids will love bunking down and making memories in the bunk beds. Watch the spectacular sunsets from the deck, your favorite drink in hand. Parking: Three designated driveway parking spaces are included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.
