The well-equipped kitchen comes with a full suite of stainless appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher, for easy meal prep and cleanup. The table is set for everyone inside, or you can enjoy waterfront dining with views of the canal and bay at the table on the back deck. In the evenings, share a family movie night on the huge, wall-mounted smart TV in the living room before calling it a night. Each upstairs bedroom features an en suite bathroom and a private deck/balcony. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Charcoal grill THINGS TO KNOW For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofa bed in the living room. The fireplace is non-functional and for decorative purposes only. Grills are not allowed on decks or surrounding property. Community charcoal grills are available by the pool. The dock is not available for guest use/access. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
