Sand Dune was comfortable. The location was great. The wifi was pretty good, but a little spotty. We enjoyed our time there and was great for us since we had our dog with us. I am always happy to stay where there is a fenced yard.
Nice location. Great food options. Plenty of space.
The Sand Dune interior is nicely decorated, very welcoming and just as pictured. However the exterior of the house has alot of room for improvement. The front step is crumbling, the trim around the door and much of the wood trim is rotting, The grass needs to be cut in the front and back. Weeds everywhere. no landscaping. I honestly thought we had pulled into the wrong house. In addition there are petitions all around the neighborhood where homeowners are petitioning to block short-term rentals. Apparently this is primarily a residential area and neighbors do not appreciate renters. Not a great feeling!
The whole inside is newly remodeled quite tastefully! It was very comfortable. Plenty of open room space. It is a plus they allow dogs. We would definitely go back again! Thanks!
Loved the location and quiet neighborhood
This home was perfect for our whole family. Ten of us made great memorieos, going to the beach, playing games around the big table and cooking meals together in the nice kitchen. The TV in the living room made us feel like we were at the theater. (Now, my husband wants one for our living room). The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It was nice to stay at a place that truly looked like the pictures when making the reservation. The neighborhood was nice to go on walks with the grandkids and our dog. We stayed for two weeks and none of us could figure out how to work the TV in the master bedroom. It took forever to get a picture. Overall the home was very nice and we would stay again.
