You’re only steps away from the beach, with access to an outdoor shower station and umbrella/beach chair rental. Abundant on-site amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, and basketball courts. At the condo itself, natural light streams through the double French doors. Prepare your favorite meal in the full kitchen, and then grab a bite together at the large dining table. Relax in the central air-conditioning after a fun day out and stream the latest release or upload the day’s pics to social media with the free high-speed WiFi. Call it a night in one of two well-appointed bedrooms, with another perfect beach day in store for tomorrow. In the 2nd bedroom the bunk bed has been replaced with a brand new full bed for your comfort. A $100 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due at check-in. When available, additional parking is $10 per vehicle per night and is on a first come, first served basis. The parking is located on the first floor. PARKING: ONE parking space available. Register at Building for a fee. Parking permits must be displayed at all times. Do not park in any other assigned space at the risk of being towed at your own expense. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
