Nicely furnished and updated property. Whoever the owners have managing this rental is the units downfall. It had dirty floors (food, hair, sand, dirt) and parking was not available upon arrival. When contacted I was told to use closest public parking and wait for a response from someone, no response until day after. I sent pictures of the mess I swept off the floors and asked if I could get a partial refund on the $200 cleaning fee I paid when renting, no response at all after that. Nice unit, terrible management.

Great location, loved that it was right on the water, quiet area, great pool, friendly people!

We loved our recent stay at Bridge Wing in Ocean City. The owners take great care to make their guests comfortable and even had charging stations for our phones by the bed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. We loved the deck and the peaceful view of the water right outside!

Quiet and perfect for our family.

The home was clean and nice. Checkin was good. Although the lock pad was not where the website said it would be and there was only one key for 2 adult guests. There was no closets at all nor did the website state there was NO IRON or ironing board. The TV in master bedroom is Antiquated. The cable was an issue in both bedrooms which meant no tv access for 7days. The door to laundry area was broken or off track when we arrived. We reported all this thru email and telephone to customer service several times. No response to the email. But we called and Each time someone was supposed to come out to resolve and never did. Marcia was very dismissive about a few of these items stating UNTRUE things like most bnbs don't have irons or if our website doesn't say it, the unit doesn't have it. The website doesn't say you have coffee pots, but you do. The website should state IRONS are not provided so guests know to bring one. But the customer service after arrival is lacking. If you say to your guests that you will come out to correct issues should do just that. I was disappointed with my stay for these reasons.

We booked a 3-day weekend, everything was very easy from check-in to check-out. Everything is direct so we didn't need to go anywhere to grab keys, which we liked, the instructions were detailed and was not hard to locate the building, etc. The house's location is perfect, not too far from the beach, but definitely wouldn't walk it especially if you have 3 kids and multiple things to carry, but you can easily drive and park your car on a side street and walk from there. What was nice about the location of the house is the fact the backyard is literally the bay with a pier, my husband loves to fish and was able to do that right there! He caught a decent number of fish too! The house itself was great, the beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, and overall clean. This location does have plenty of neighbors, but no one around us was too loud or anything. Overall, I would recommend renting.
