Guests appreciated the comfortable space, clean and lovely interior, comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen and bathroom that made stays easy and relaxing. The property stands out for its excellent beachfront setting with easy beach and boardwalk access while still feeling peaceful, and guests also valued being within walking distance of restaurants, attractions, and other favorite spots. The balcony and porch were especially appreciated for their beautiful ocean views as well as sunset and sunrise scenery. Guests also enjoyed thoughtful conveniences such as household essentials, extra linens, laundry access, elevator access, luggage carts, and a convenient store nearby. Wifi was praised by guests for working well during their stay.

Additional perks include a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM The indoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice, cozy little place. Fit our family of 4 very well. Our 2 small kids had fun in the pool on our rainy day. We loved easy access to ocean and being so close to boardwalk (which was not loud as I presumed could be). The loudest item is bathroom fan which was not a big deal. The bedroom is tight on space but raised beds allowed for space underneath for our suitcase. We packed light so the washer and dryer were great to have! We cooked few meals and were grateful to have skillets, pans, utensils, strainer and mostly all needed to prepare foods. We would stay again

We used this rental for sand soccer weekend. It was myself and a few teenagers and it was perfect! Great location for the boardwalk and directly across from the beach! Would def rent again

We loved this apartment. So cute and well equipped. The balcony is lovely with a view of the beach/boardwalk and the bay side for sunsets. Great location. Beware of the step up as you enter the property hallway. Definitely a major tripping hazard and not marked at all.

Nice location for fireworks on the beach. Unit was very clean and nicely equipped. Elevator for easier access. We weren’t impressed with the indoor pool, but it was okay. Convenient store below was nice to have. We were able to cook many meals and save money. Beach very close so easy with small children. Parking was tight for SUV. Beside a bus stop. 8 out of 10 overall.

The location of this was perfect!! Great view also!! Whoever is supposed to be cleaning did not do their job well. The bathroom was gross and it looked like no one has ever dusted, cleaned under or around the beds, and like they just pushed stuff to the corners instead of cleaning.
