You’ll be nearly five miles away from the Ocean City Boardwalk with plenty of activities and sights for additional fun. This property also features an outdoor shower should you need to rinse off from your sandy adventures. Inside your inviting home, you’ll find comfortable furnishings in the living space where you can stream your favorite movies on the large TV or gather to play a board game, or two. The well-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your favorite meals that you can share at the quaint breakfast bar or in the dining area for larger gatherings. For added convenience, all your basics will be provided including a washer/dryer, WiFi, and air-conditioning, contributing to a complete and pleasant stay. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
