Sea Watch 1212 was described as a perfect fit for family stays, with plenty of space, a thoughtful layout, and comfortable beds and furnishings that supported both relaxation and privacy. Guests appreciated the clean, well-kept condition, the full-size washer and dryer, provided linens, and a well-stocked kitchen with ample cookware and dishes for easy meal preparation. The property was praised for its great location, with quick beach access and convenient walking access to shops, dining, and a grocery store. Guests consistently loved the beautiful ocean and bay views from the balcony and admired the building’s design, which offered both scenery and a peaceful, private atmosphere. The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Owner provides wireless high-speed internet (guest provides own computer).42' flat screen TV in livingroom and flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms. Smoking is not permitted. DEN IS ENCLOSED AREA WITH CONSTRUCTED WALL WITH POCKET DOORS FOR PRIVACY. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Small living space as the 3rd bedroom is a converted den but it was great for us so everyone had privacy and it’s a quick elevator ride to the beach. Bring your own pillow but beds pretty comfortable. Kitchen pretty well stocked

Unit 1212 at Sea Watch was perfect for our family vacation at OC MD. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths it was cozy for our family of 4. The view of the ocean (and part of the bay) were wonderful from the balcony. The ease of access directly to the beach was perfect and the other amenities (pool, volleyball court) were nice extras. If we make it back to OC we will definitely look at staying here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Sea Watch 1212. Great location, mostly clean, except for the oven which was very dirty, comfortable furniture and beds. View from balcony was great. The property has so much for children to do; indoor and outdoor pool, splash pad and playground. Would definitely stay here again.
