Oceans Mist 501 is described as a spacious, beautifully maintained condo that worked especially well for families and groups, with a comfortable layout and thoughtful design. Overview

Oceans Mist offers large luxury oceanfront units that overlook the beach and boardwalk. The 2,200-square-foot home is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and central air. Three living room sofa beds (one queen, and two twin sizes) provide added comfort. When you're not out on the beach, kick back in the living room to watch your favorite movies and shows on the large flatscreen TV. The private balcony is a great place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Things to Know There is a storage shed outside of the property entrance for guests to store their beach items.

Very spacious condo. Only a few maintenance issues, burned our light bulbs, disorganized areas. All in all worked well for our family. Pool area was very dirty with no maintenance the week we were there,

This was our first time staying at the Ocean Mist 501 and we loved it. When we come back to OC we will definitely stay at this location again. Everything was perfect, it was very clean, and we loved being on the boardwalk. There were no noise issues being above the boardwalk. When the doors to the balcony were closed, you couldn't hear the boardwalk at all.

This was our second stay at this home. The first time was great. This time, the home was not cleaned before we arrived, one set of sheets and quilt had blood on them, the previous tenants dishes were still in the dishwasher, there was a layer of dust on the kitchen counters, dirty ice cube trays in the sink, missing pillow cases and a lot of black mold in the master shower. I called about the mold and the cleaning co called me back and said they couldn't get rid of it without regroutung, but they came out anyway and low and behold, it was cleaned. The remote in to the living room TV was broken and the TV was to slow to stream (had to use a small TV in a guest room), some light bulbs burned out, water dispenser in the fridge didn't work, and all the beds were so hard we all had back aches each morning. We were very sad about it but the area and restaurants were fantastic! It's right on the water and it was very nice hearing the waves at night.
