Sea Watch 1900 is described as a spacious, beautiful condo that works especially well for family gatherings, with an open layout, ample seating, and comfortable bedrooms and beds. Guests appreciated the clean, comfortable interior, bright sunny rooms, attractive beach-inspired decor, pleasant furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen that supported meals with ease. Its oceanfront setting and great location added to the appeal, with direct balcony access from the bedrooms and easy enjoyment of the beach atmosphere. The wraparound balcony is a standout feature, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and bay, beautiful sunrises, and memorable sights from nearly every room. Guests also enjoyed the resort setting, noting plenty to do on site for families and a thoughtful selection of in-unit entertainment and beach items that added convenience to the stay.

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Smoking is not permitted. NO DEN- PENTHOUSE (3 BEDROOM). Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
