Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The bright beach decor was as nice as in the pictures. We relaxed and enjoyed sitting on the porch with our view of the pool. The check in/out process was quick and easy. Couldn’t have had a better place to stay!

This was a well maintained property that is tucked in a quiet location but still close to the public beach access and mid-town OCMD. The pool was very well maintained and appropriate hours for families with little ones. All around great place if you are looking for a relaxed setting.
