Our Place At The Beach 202D is described as a great, lovely, and very comfortable unit that guests have enjoyed returning to over the years. Guests appreciated that it was very clean, well equipped, and functional, with convenient extras such as a washer and dryer and plenty of linens and towels. The location was praised, with guests enjoying easy beach access and a peaceful, quiet setting. The views from the back deck and screened porch were especially appreciated, including a very nice bay view. The pool stood out as a favorite feature and was mentioned repeatedly as beautiful and enjoyable.

Enjoy a secluded location in a bayside wooded section of Ocean City, yet still close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. With a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, and access to a private washer/dryer combo and a community outdoor pool, this condo is unbeatable! Things to Know No smoking and no pets, please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We received extra bed sheets for the sofa bed. All beds have blankets, bedsheets, and extra towels so I don’t need to use mine. If we plan to come back to ocean city again, we will book this property again.

Our place at the beach was very enjoyable beautiful pool very quiet. All rooms had very nice balconies. Ours looked over the bay very relaxing although our room was in need of a major update. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Never got a good night sleep. Would not recommend this room.
