Our Place At The Beach 202D is described as a great and lovely place that guests found very comfortable, functional, and well equipped. Guests appreciated that it was very clean and ready for their stay. The location was praised, with guests enjoying the short walk to the beach and the peaceful setting. The view from the back deck and screened porch was especially appreciated, with a very nice view of the bay. Guests also loved the pool, and the washer and dryer added convenience during their stay.

When it comes to convenience and a prime location near the beach, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo is one of the best rental values on the beach. Enjoy a secluded location in a bayside wooded section of Ocean City, yet still close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. With a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, and access to a private washer/dryer combo and a community outdoor pool, this condo is unbeatable! Things to Know No smoking and no pets, please. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We received extra bed sheets for the sofa bed. All beds have blankets, bedsheets, and extra towels so I don’t need to use mine. If we plan to come back to ocean city again, we will book this property again.

Our place at the beach was very enjoyable beautiful pool very quiet. All rooms had very nice balconies. Ours looked over the bay very relaxing although our room was in need of a major update. Our bed was very uncomfortable. Never got a good night sleep. Would not recommend this room.
