Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Newer condo in a great area of town. Condo is fairly well maintained but could use some fixing up. Codes to get in were on different pages in app. Didn't realize it had so many codes until we arrived. One for parking lot, one to Get to elevator and TWO on the door itself. Lots of #s to remember.

The location of this condo is perfect. It is right on the boardwalk where the stores are, and it has a beautiful ocean view. Easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated that the linens were provided and already on the beds. We had plenty of towels. And it even includes some beach chairs.

Loved the location! And the security to the elevator, although the main gate was never locked. Would probably give 3 1/2 stars. Kitchen was nice. Overall needed a deep cleaning and some new balcony furniture, as well as mattresses! But we had a great time and quality family time.
