Sea Watch 1502 is described as a top-notch, family-friendly condo that feels updated, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with inviting decor and plenty of space. Guests found it comfortable, with clean and immaculate interiors, comfortable beds, and nicely furnished rooms that matched the photos. Its beachfront setting and convenient access to nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach made it especially appealing and easy for families. The oceanfront balcony views were repeatedly praised as beautiful, gorgeous, and spectacular. Guests also appreciated the many on-site amenities, including pools, a fitness center, a movie theater, a sauna, and activities at the building that added to the overall experience. The upgraded kitchen, quality audiovisual setup, and useful storage and laundry space further added to the appeal of Sea Watch 1502.

Overview

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Remodeled for 2021. Fully renovated kitchen with stainless steal appliances. Third bedroom added. New floors and furniture throughout. Call for details. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Smoking is not permitted. The den includes pocket doors for privacy. PROPERTY HAS A 4TH TV THAT IS SMART TV CAPABLE BUT HAS NO CABLE ACCESS. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We absolutely love the Sea Watch. This is our second stay (different condo than last time). This condo is very well updated. The addition of the third bedroom was perfect for our toddler although there was no AC vent so the room got quite warm at night with the door closed. The view was amazing, especially for fireworks as you could see beach side fireworks as well as the bayside. The location of this condo is also very convenient with all the shops close by. And everyone you come across is extremely polite. My only complaints would be: 1. The carpet kept shedding so everything got large amounts of lint on it and huge pieces of lint all over the floor as well 2. All of the headboards were either broken or not even attached at all 3. There was no ceiling fans in any of the rooms which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. 4. Upon arrival it wasn’t as clean as we expected although when staying at the beach we know there’s going to be sand everywhere. 5. Some of the soap bottles in the shower were completely empty. But all that being said, we would absolutely rent this condo again as the good outweighs the bad.
