This was a second choice pick due to Legionellas reported at our 1st booking. Would not stay at this unit again due to the below information: Overall, it was fine...the main bathroom could use some work, there are so many inexpensive things that would make significant improvement - like the industrial style bath rug which felt gross, more towels, hand soap, and a hair dryer. The tub is dangerous due to the big step in and out and should have a grab bar. The was significant dust on both bathroom vents that simple cleaning would fix, guests are breathing the circulated dust. Lastly, check in time is 4:00 as is most places, but if the room is available why would the owner deny earlier check in, I think that is poor customer service.

I last minute booked this place for a weekend getaway. I normally have my go to Condos but the ones I normally rent direct from were booked for a last minute trip. So I figured let me try and see what I can find. I liked the location, since I always stay in the 100’s and this was close to it , so the location was perfect. Close to Liquid Assets, the hobbit, harvest , saltwater 75 etc. so I could not complain on location. Now cleanliness is something I can not get past. I can do outdated as long as everything is in working order and clean. But this was not the case. The musty “dirty” smell that was in the unit was enough to make you want to turn right back around and retreat. But I tried to remedy that .. almost wasted a whole bottle of perfume, spraying it like sage to try and not be so grossed out by the smell as well as keeping the screen open in hopes the fresh ocean air would populate the room to make it tolerable . The carpet was filthy , I never walked barefoot , kept my flops on whole time. The furniture had stains. I took one shower and the liner in there had so much soap scum I was grossed out the whole time just trying to get in and out without touching anything. I saw the listing of when this condo was bought back in 2022 and nothing changed .. nothing! Not even a piece of wall decor, comforter , furniture.. nothing. The only thing that changed was a couple years of filth and grime added to said things. The air vents had such thick dust , even the door openings were covered in so much dust it looked like felt. Point is, it is not a maintained unit. Balcony was the best part but again cushions were so gross I laid towels on them to sit on. In short location and balcony size, I can not complain about at all! But this is something I would expect from one of the older motels closer to the inlet that are primarily used for senior week to be like but not North OC. Air B&B owners such as this should be ashamed that they just don’t maintain with a deep clean every now and then or maybe some type of TLC. If someone would have left a review about cleanliness prior , I would have reconsidered my options. So hope this helps anyone if you are concerned on cleanliness! But if you don’t care about that and just want a good location with a nice balcony , then I would recommend!

The condo was very clean upon arrival and the shampoo body wash set up in the shower was a nice touch. The beds were super comfortable! Would definitely rent this condo again!
