Overview

Wake up to beautiful oceanfront views from the primary bedroom and the open-concept living and dining areas. The oceanfront balcony can be accessed from the primary bedroom or the living room, featuring a second-floor view of the tiki bar seating area (with live music offered seasonally) downstairs. The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south).

Things to Know
  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • No smoking is allowed in any of the condos, on balconies, or on the pool deck.
  • Note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
  • A $80 non-refundable building registration fee is due at the Plaza building by cash or credit card. Garage parking is provided for up to two cars. If you have a third car then it is $20.00 per day for the third vehicle.
  • Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.
  • Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

    Our family loved the direct ocean view! There was ample space for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The beds were all comfortable and the space was clean!! The pool, Jolly Jellyfish restaurant directly onsite were huge pluses.

    Condo layout and amenities exceeded our expectations- truly a unit superior than many others we have rented in Ocean City. Location works really well for our family. Hope to spend time there again soon!

    The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and the ocean view! The rooms are so spacious and clean!!!! The staff were pleasant and helpful when you arrive and when you leave. The indoor and outdoor pools are amazing! Clean! It’s just a memorable vacation. We loved the entertainment and the music. Plaza 211 is the place to be! Thank you so much for this place! We had a good time here and God willing come back in 2026.

    This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. Very spacious and very well appointed. The one complaint is the music at the tiki bar (Jolly Jellyfish) right below the balcony. There was music every day from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. There were a couple of nights we just wanted to relax and watch TV but the music was so loud at times it was hard to hear the TV - even with all the windows and sliding glass door closed. A few times the band was so loud it felt like it was in the condo with us. This is the only complaint we had - everything else was perfect.

    Great spot! Room layout is good- the bedroom with the double and single were perfect for my kiddos! The Plaza offers live music each afternoon which is great and right next to a beach bar/restaurant to get something right off the beach. Both pools are nice- the indoor is pretty large and the decor is cute. One thing to note- there is not beach access without a staircase so, larger rolling coolers could be a challenge for some.
