Things to Know No smoking and no pets, please. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Room is great the bay view is beautiful watched the sunset every night. If you get the chance sit out on the Balcony late at night grab a cocktail and just listen to nature. First time bay side might never go back to ocean front!!!! If peace is what you want this is your place at great cost!!

The Rental was comfy, clean and well stocked! We loved Everything BUT the pool closing @ 7:00 pm! Which means you HAVE to be out in the Hot Sun if you want to swim! I prefer evening swimming so not to burn! (I do use sunblock) other than that, the rental itself is very Nice 👍🏻 I definitely recommend 10/10!!!

The place was beautiful amd clean with everything you need for a stay. The view of the marsh was beautiful and relaxing but saved by the screened in porch. The grounds and pool are a big plus. It's quite and relaxing but only minutes from the hustle of downtown OC. I highly recommend.
