Great location easy walk to the beach plenty of room for large family's.

The location and size of this house were exactly what we were looking for. There was enough space to accommodate our family, but the beds were so uncomfortable. We also went to change the sheets on the beds during our stay and there was large blood stain on the king mattress. After seeing that we decided to leave and cut our trip short.

We appreciated how big the house was and the play/ family area. We stayed at this house in 2021 with other family members and had great memories so we wanted to stay again. The beds are definitely in need of improvement, but the kitchen was clean, definitely enough room for us to all eat. I suggest bringing more plates and bowls, as there aren’t enough for everyone to eat at once. The balconies were great, especially for viewing the Perseids Meteor Shower. A super short walk to the beach which is extremely convenient with children & the hose out front to wash off greatly reduced the amount of sand brought in the house - which everyone appreciated. We also appreciated the updated table in the dining room.

Location is great, house is well equipped, roomy and cozy. Kids enjoyed crabbing in the canal in the back yard. Brought our own travel grill, everything else needed was provided at the house.

The house is a great size for anyone traveling in a big group or with kids - lots of space to spread out. Furnishings are outdated but house was very clean. The customer service team was very responsive with questions. The house has two kitchens which would have been a plus if the upstairs kitchen was stocked, considering the family room upstairs is the only real gathering spot given the house's layout. There is no real outdoor space to enjoy, so an outdoor dining table on the deck would have been a plus, as well as an outdoor grill. Not having a grill certainly limits the type of meals you want to cook while on vacation.

Loved the house. The proximity to the ocean odds amazing. Lots of room for the 9 of us, and none felt like they were crowded. Being on the canal was cool as well. Enjoyed watching the horse shoe crabs from the deck. The kitchen has necessities for cooking, plus a crockpot. Needs a few more pans to cook with, but it works. Also had some beach toys for the kids, and a three or for extra beach chairs.
