Guests appreciated the clean, well-stocked interior, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful features that made the space feel easy and convenient for families. Its beachfront setting and easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and groceries made the location especially convenient, while the peaceful atmosphere added to the appeal. The balcony and living spaces offer beautiful views of the ocean and bay, which guests frequently loved. Guests also repeatedly enjoyed the pools, beach access, playground, game areas, and other on-site activities that helped keep both adults and children entertained. Wifi and cable were also praised as excellent, and the property was often noted as accurately represented and easy to access.

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The den is open without a partition or wall. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

So close to the beach! The kids loved the park, volleyball and basketball courts! It felt like home.

This was our first vacation as a family of four and I cannot recommend this place enough. For small kids there is an amazing playground, outdoor/indoor/and kiddie pools, an arcade and more. On the day it rained on our vacation, no issue -- indoor pool. On the days it was sunny... walked right out to the beach, which I think any parent will tell you is a luxury (not having to lug a ton of beach equipment across Coastal Highway). In washer and dryer made life super easy as did the collection of kitchen utensils for eating in. We will 100% look for this exact place next summer.
