Overview

These three level townhomes sit directly on the beach. Equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. Large oceanfront decks for your enjoyment. Wireless high speed internet access (guest provides own computer). Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

This home is a lovely, classic beach house that has amazing views from the decks on every level. The home has everything you need for a great stay, including a well stocked kitchen and TV's in every bedroom. We had plenty of room for both of our families to share the home comfortably. We enjoyed eating crabs one night on the lower level porch - there are two tables and enough seating for 8 people! Outdoor storage for our beach stuff was a wonderful plus, and we really enjoyed having the multiple assigned parking spaces. We had a wonderful week.

Close to the beach. There are lots of steps but there is a deck on each level. The view is beautiful.

Loved the location. Seconds from the beach. You are paying for location. The house was roomy and fit 6 of us comfortable without issue. The bedroom set up was perfect for our group and the beds were comfortable. TVs in each room and a strong WiFi were a plus. The trex swivel rockers on the 2nd deck were great to watch the sunrise and just sit and enjoy the beach. The house itself, needs some TLC, minor items here or there, stair railing outside, pest control, bathrooms need some grout updating and attention. Overall a good week because of the location and the main living area along with bedrooms.

House was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Beautiful view of ocean from balconies. Chairs, tables gliders etc. on balconies were awesome.
