This charming coastal gem of a condo features views of the beach and bay, central air-conditioning throughout, an inviting living area with a TV and comfortable furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
