Our Place At The Beach 202B is described as a great value with a spacious, welcoming layout that feels cozy and comfortable for families. Guests praised the comfortable beds, roomy living areas, ample seating, and a nicely updated master bathroom, along with updated kitchen appliances and the convenience of provided linens, towels, and in-unit laundry. The property was repeatedly noted for being very clean, well kept, and inviting throughout. Its location was appreciated for easy beach access and for being close to shopping and restaurants while still feeling peaceful and removed from the busiest areas. Guests especially loved the beautiful bay and marsh views, breathtaking sunsets, and the relaxing screened porch, balcony, and deck spaces. The large pool, plentiful parking, and peaceful setting added to the strong overall impression, with many guests saying they would gladly return.

THINGS TO KNOW No smoking and no pets, please. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great bay view, lots of birds to watch, short walk to the beach, and cleaner than most.

If you are looking for a place near the beach, with a large pool, and ample indoor & outdoor space, this is it! The bedrooms are spacious and 2 full bathrooms are always a bonus with a family. The dining area accommodates 9 in total which opens to the large living room area with plenty of seating thanks to the sectional. The beach is a block away and the pool offered plenty of seating and areas to sunbathe. The highlights of this unit were the breathtaking, unobstructed sunset views of the bay you will have every evening which you can enjoy from the kitchen, living/dining rooms, and the screened in oversized deck. Another perk is the fan on the deck to cool you off on those extra hot days. There is also plenty of parking available. I will rent this place again next summer!

Our Place is one of the better values in North OC. I’ve been coming down here for 40 years, stayed mostly in houses in Caine Keys. Stayed at Carousel, Capri, and Our Place is a great location with beautiful bay views from buildings on marsh. This condo view is beautiful and the condo was great except for kitchen and master bed. I stay 1-2x a year and won’t book this unit again unless they put a king in master. Otherwise it was great.
