Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo was decorated nicely with a beautiful view. Wonderful balcony. Unfortunately, there were maintenance issues that were not addressed at all. Kitchen sink would back up and take hours to drain. Garbage disposal broken. Kitchen window can open but not close. Broken closet door.

Was happy where the property was at but management company did not make sure Property was clean or did not take care of any issues on the property took phone calls, but that did not do anything about it

So we stayed here in 2022. I can't believe how it has went down. Carpet filthy. I actually think my daughters vomit from 2022 was still there after I left a detailed apology note (she was 2) on the eve of us leaving. I had no vaccum to clean it up! Kitchen with only 3 cooking utensils. Washer smells. The cream chair is brown and completely worn out. Will not return a 3rd time. I am real 8/2025 review! Also the master could use curtains. The balcony cover is the only one still broken. The refrigerator makes a terrible sound when it runs.
