SECURITY DEPOSIT ONLY. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great being right near the beach. Literally two minute commute. Great having by access literally out the back door. Traffic can be rough but to be expected in a tourist area.

Overall, this was a very nice experience for my family of four. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and up-to-date. Extremely easy to unload and load luggage. Parking a breeze with clearly marked spaces (two of them)! Private and public beach access right there within a couple hundred feet of your doorstep. All appliances are well-maintained and fully operational. Checking in and out at the office was probably the easiest I’ve ever experienced. The only complaint we have is that there are no queen beds at this unit. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both contain what I think is a full bed. It was very uncomfortable with two of us in the bed. We had just come from a hotel with a queen in which we slept comfortably. Plenty of room for upgrade to larger beds. I suggest kings in these two rooms. The two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom were perfect for our two kids. This room needs a tv though. Kids these days, y’know?
