We stayed at this condo for four nights. The best thing was the view! Nothing like waking up and looking out over the ocean from the private balcony. It was very tastefully decorated. I particularly liked the cute nautical decor. If you’re going to need to use the Wi-Fi, it is quite slow. It was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation with one exception, there were no beach chairs, and there was no place to rent them. If I had known, I would’ve brought my own. So keep that in mind if you intend to sit by the beach.
Spending time outside of the condo with my family. The owners need to make some serious changes.
Everything about the unit itself was awesome. Perfect location, view, etc. It's was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only downside is the pool at this place had so many rules. No jumping in, no pool toys, no snacks. People were calling it the no-fun pool. Otherwise great stay!
The unit itself was lovely—clean, spacious, and perfect for the three of us. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony with beautiful ocean views. However, the parking situation was a major downside. We had two cars and trying to get an additional parking permit was incredibly frustrating. The rental office charges $20 per day for extra parking, and you have to physically go back to the office early morning each day to get a new permit— by 10am the office informed us that they'd be towing cars without permit!! Definitely not ideal when you're trying to enjoy a stress-free vacation. It would make much more sense for the building to offer parking permits based on the length of your stay or at least streamline the process. Unfortunately, this poor parking management really took away from an otherwise great experience.
