The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in a breeze, complete with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A private washer and dryer add extra convenience, especially after sandy beach days. Central air-conditioning keeps the space cool and comfortable all summer long. Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a couples retreat, or a relaxing weekend by the water, this Sandpiper Dunes condo offers the ideal blend of location, comfort, and thoughtful updates to make your stay memorable. THINGS TO KNOW EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City. Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice room, great view, comfy beds, close to the steps so we liked not having to wait on the elevator. Been staying at Sandpiper Dunes for over 20 years and seen a lot of rooms - 212 is very nice 👍
Plenty of room. Clean. Even though this is ocean view and not oceanfront you still get a beautiful view of the sunrise without leaving your balcony. This is the second year in a row we stayed in this condo and will do it again.

Just a few steps and your feet are in the sand! It’s also walking distance to restaurants and bars. Park the car and walk! We loved the location!
