Pyramid 8K

We loved the 2br setup. Balcony was spacious with comfortable chairs and if course awesome view of the ocean. Nicely decorated and comfy couch and club chairs. Location is convenient with grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.

The unit was in a great location, decorated nicely and in perfect proximity to the beach. The unit seemed to only be surface clean. Attention to detail and a deep clean is much needed. Entrance door is dirty and not appealing, does not make a good first impression. The kitchen appliances showed signs of rust and left on food. Fridge was clean inside which made me feel better. A few utensils were broken along with a pot to cook with, otherwise it was stocked well. The tile floors definitely need to be cleaned as the grout is dark and dirty. The rugs in the bathrooms and foyer need to be thrown out. No one wants to stand on them with bare feet, they are absolutely filthy. In the living room there was a diaper on the pull out couch left by another guest and a used cotton ball in the bathroom. This tells me the place is only surface cleaned with a quick wipe down, no attention paid to the little things. The one shower had hair clippings from a man shaving stuck to the wall. Gross! The garbage can in the kitchen also needs to be replaced as it’s dirty inside and outside. The porch was great and so was the table, the outdoor rug wasn’t vacuumed prior to our arrival and there was cookies and food under the table. Hoping you can address some issues before renting this unit again for the next person. We spent almost $2k for the rental and it was disappointing. These are easy fixes for the next renter.

The place needed a deep clean — we were actually unsure if the place had been cleaned at all when we arrived. There was mold in shower, grease still covered the kitchen stove and buttons, sand was still all over the floors, my child found a pill on the floor in the bedroom, one toilet was still dirty, trash on the balcony. The bathrooms were updated though, and I liked the lack of carpet. Could use some more kitchen supplies, and especially missed a multi cup coffee maker and an ice bin — looked like the big coffee maker was missing a carafe and the ice bin was catching leaks under the sink. We like staying at the Pyramid, but probably wouldn’t stay in this condo again because of how dirty it was.

Lots of towels, kitchen is fully stocked, soaps in bathroom, nice dinner table outside on balcony, updated, clean, very nice.
