Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo looked exactly like the pictures on the website. This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Both times we had wonderful stays. We will stay again. Steps from the boardwalk, quite for being on the boardwalk, we actually saw dolphins each morning feeding.

Loved the view off the balcony. Beds were nice, clean linens and pillows/mattresses comfy. Overall, though, because of how old and out-dated this place was, I would not recommend it to anyone without better housekeeping and some updating, IN PARTICULAR the floors where beach-folk like to be barefoot..ugh, not here!
