The fully appointed kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas, making meal prep easy, social, and fun. Additional amenities at this condo include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a community outdoor pool - all within steps of the beach, restaurants, and activities on Coastal Highway. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This condo is a great size with two nice balconies. The location is perfect. It's a quick walk to the beach. Beach is quiet and not crowded. There is a shopping center with some restaurants across the street. We didn't have a pool key, but that was quickly resolved with a phone call. Pool area is nice and has a place to wash off sand. Only downside was the kitchen amenities. All of the pots were scratched and unusable. Coffee maker was dirty.

This was a great condo! It had plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 children under 3 years old. It was a great location to the beach and walking distance to many local places. The pool was clean and well managed. Kid friendly and was never overly crowded. I would definitely stay here again.
