It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We stayed for a short time. Had a great time. The best location and parking. Will book again.

It was a nice place, nice location right near the beach and where we usually stay when travelling to Ocean City, but we were told two different things by staff members for check in and were talked to fairly rudely about the whole process. Also, one neighbor in particular was very nosey and spoke to us numerous times about the policies of the building (which are obviously written in the bookings), even trying to yell at us from her balcony to ours.

Walking distance to pizza/subs/ice cream/mini golf/convenience store and most importantly, BEACH! I stayed for 3 nights with my 12 year old daughter and it was perfect for us. Place was very clean upon arrival. Enjoyed the “welcome” package with soaps and detergent. Pullout couch and TV in bedroom could be updated, but no issues with anything. A/C stayed cool for the whole trip. Will look to return again!

PROS The kitchen is well stocked. Great location. Nice patio furniture. The WiFi is strong and dependable. The cable is traditional and carries local stations. Starter kit is nice. CONS The sheets were scratchy (but the bed is comfortable). The television in the bedroom is old and poor quality picture. I did not like to have to drive over 150 blocks round-trip to pick up the key and then again to drop off the key. I will likely rent again.
