Some units provide linens and towels, check with your booking agent. No pets, please. NO SMOKING. COMMON AREA LAUNDRY FACILITY. 1 PARKING SPOT OFF SITE 15TH & ST LOUIS AVE. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

It's in a good location, quiet. Staff responded back to questions and concerns, but some things weren't addressed during our stay such as dirty, dust covered ceiling fan blades and an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn't work. Overall though, a nice place to stay close to the beach

Love the location , just not a fan of the team who manages or cleans it ! Our until was dirty upon arrival , and for what we are changed for cleaning fee , it should be clean and fresh sheets not just beds remade before the next person comes ! This was our 2nd year staying and not sure if we will next year due to the cleaning issues !

The location is excellent! Close to boardwalk and ocean and some restaurants. The pool was very nice and had outdoor shower to wash off sand.
