Centrally located across from the Convention Center, this family-friendly escapade offers all the essentials; a well-equipped living room and kitchen with a double oven, an on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, and board games. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Very close proximity to the beach, easy beach access, and very quiet area. Enjoyed our stay, the amenities were good overall - we did have some issues with the air conditioning staying cool. WiFi gave us issues at first, but we found our the network and password were changed from the information provided in the text message and email sent. The new info is on the fridge on a paper. Overall, very good experience though! We would stay here again.
