Ocean Trail 103 was noted for being well equipped with household essentials, linens, towels, kitchen supplies, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, internet, and television. Overview

Relax to the rolling surf from the private balcony of this two-bedroom, two-bath condo. The oceanfront living room and primary bedroom have direct access to the balcony. Fully equipped with high-speed internet, high-definition televisions with streaming services only (located in the living room and bedrooms), keyless door locking system, on-site washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and central air-conditioning. This is a first-floor oceanfront unit with dune obstructed view. That being said, you gain privacy from the dune while still being able to relax to the sound of the waves and wildlife. This marvelous condo is oceanfront with access to the beach on 55th and 56th streets. The condominium provides private outdoor showers located on both ends of the building. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This condo comes with two (2) assigned parking spaces, both of which are in the front row closest to the building. No need to use the stairs or elevator to access the unit or the beach. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We loved this condo great place and perfect location for those unable to walk far We had a few small issues that needed to be dealt with (dusty window sills and broken door latch) but all in all good place

When we walked in, immediately we were disgusted with the carpet. The tan carpet was almost black on one end. Two big stains and many other stains throughout the carpets in all rooms. Then noticed the the kitchen counter among all other table tops were not properly wiped down. Sticky kitchen floor. There was a blood stain on one of the bedrooms carpet. The toilet was not properly wiped down because there was ether poop or blood all on the front. There was what looked like blood stains in the crevice of the cushion on the master bedroom chair. There were other red stains on one of the dining room chairs, and on the carpet in the living room. I do not believe the sheets were properly washed because one of the pillow cases had a few small spots on it and was gone after I washed the sheets. There were no parking passes and no water key in the unit so I had to drive to the rental office to pick them up. There were no sponges in the unit and only one bathroom that had toilet paper and it was the leftover roll on the wall and the other bathroom had zero toilet paper. no extra rolls. The whole place made us feel disgusted to be in it and made up not want to walk on the floors and sit on any furniture. The good news...... after contacting the rental office, the sent people out the next day and was able to get everything cleaned and the made a huge difference. Now we were able to enjoy our stay. Unfortunately that it took 24 hours before everything was done and did ruin one day of our stay.

This was the second year my family and I went to this property. We absolutely love the location, especially how easy it is to get to the ocean. It also has all of the amenities that someone could want (full kitchen, internet, TV, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities, small balcony). Some basic maintenance, including a deep clean, and adding either queen beds or a king bed in the main bedroom would make this a truly exceptional stay!
