A little dated place but was super clean and they gave us plenty of cleaning supplies to make it through our stay. Would book again.

Has potential to be a nice home with prime location, great view in the back, and a friendly neighborhood. However, the house is in need of renovations. Very outdated, is not kept up nicely, needs repairs and gives you the bare minimum. There’s a lack of cleanliness (kitchen supplies/utensils, linen, etc.) and minimal basic necessities (hand soap, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, etc.). If the owner doesn’t want to keep up with the rental and only sees it as a profit, happy to take it off his hands and buy the property to turn it into something better and livable.

Comfortable and private living area. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk but close enough to be able to enjoy everything OCMD has to offer. Walking distance from the grocery store and beach was super nice. Quite neighborhood to help unwind from a busy day with an awesome dockside to the bay. Private Pool was definitely a plus after a hot day at the beach when you want to escape the waves. Definitely want to try and book this again in the future!

Everything about the location was great. Both decks were lovely. Pool was great. But the place could have been cleaner. Dining room light wasn’t working. Frying pans rusted. Dishes not cleaned well. A few other things but other than that, nice place
