Beautiful ocean view. Clean but needs updating.

There will unfortunately no future stays with Vacasa. This company and homeowner should be ashamed of themselves for even allowing this property to be rented. We were shocked at how misleading the photos were compared to the actual condition. It was honestly gross, and it’s hard to believe this place is being rented out to guests in its current state. This was one of the worst accommodations we’ve ever stayed in, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. We are also beyond frustrated in how our reaching out to get reimbursed on the condo fell out. We only received 100 refund. We had booking.com say we could get full refund as long as Vacasa properties approved it. All the back and forth and no solution has truly disappointed us. I’m Amazed the customer service is not better than this. We will not use Vacasa or booking.com anymore!

I’ll start with the positives….the location is nice, the view of the beach was beautiful, the Bayside Skillet across the street was excellent, and the place was decently clean. Everything else left a lot to be desired. I expected the place to be dated, but there were many broken things including kitchen cabinet drawer, microwave, and refrigerator door rail. There were also many light bulbs that needed to be changed. The patio furniture needs to be replaced; feels very brittle. The worst part was the beds. The master bedroom bed had soft spots you’d roll over and get stuck in and the other bedroom bed was hard and squeaked with every move. If you want repeat renters, I’d suggest make some updates to this unit. We would not return or recommend.

This condo is circa 1960. The bathrooms and kitchen are old and need Total updates. Outdoor furniture was warped and very uncomfortable. Master bedroom mattresses needed updating. The only thing I could really say that was good was the location to the beach.
