Sea Watch 416 is described as a beautiful, spacious, and comfortable condo that exceeded expectations and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. Guests consistently praised the clean, neat, and well-kept interior, along with the appealing layout, tasteful decor, and large balcony. The property is appreciated for its convenient location, easy beach access, attached parking, and walkable access to nearby dining and attractions. Guests especially enjoyed the ocean and beach views, the sunsets on the bay, and the ability to see and hear the ocean from the balcony. Visitors also appreciated the on-site entertainment and conveniences, including the game room, movie theater, snack shop, cafe, playground, and restaurant.

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The den is open without a partition or wall. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great large balcony for seating and view. Pleasant condo but Living room furniture was very tiny and couch was like sitting on a futon. Beds were ok. Place could use some updates but was pretty clean Nice access to beach and pools

Room was exactly as depicted. Property had great amenities, including indoor/outdoor pool. Cafe onsite was a nice bonus. The communication and check-in/check-out process was smooth. We would stay here again.

This condo is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We went in the off season so the price was cheap but the space definitely was not. Everything was clean, neat and had absolutely everything we needed and more. The only thing was the key pad to our space did not work. After speaking with the staff they gave us a key to use until the key pad could be fixed. We were pleased with the space and all the amenities this place had to offer. The view was perfect! Would definitely stay again!
