The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well. Bright and colorful, this condo features a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffeemaker, a living room with a TV, and a private balcony that's accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. You'll also be treated to central air-conditioning, free WiFi throughout, and TVs in all of the sleeping spaces. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This condo features a den/sunroom with pocket doors that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This summer we had great weather so we did not use the amenities much but we were very impressed with the extensive list of movies you could request be shown in the theater. The food is great in the snack shop, the younger bunch love the pool and game room and theater, and the whole bunch of us (five families in our extended family, in five units) had another wonderful family vacation.

This was our second time staying in 603. We like this condo very much. It's supplied well with dishes, pots etc and also has some beach chairs and toys for the children.

We have stayed at Seawatch on and off for many years. The amenities cannot be beat. It feels like an all inclusive resort with two pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, volleyball, basketball, and a playground that are all just an elevator ride away from the room. My young nieces enjoyed movies in the movie theater on a rainy day too. The 603 condo was clean, updated and had ample supplies for all needs. All appliances worked well. The beds were comfortable. We casted Neflix to the smart TV in the living room for a late night movie. Clean towels with instructions for check out available on arrival. We had absolutely no complaints. Our family enjoyed another great week in Ocean City.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sea Watch 603. It had everything we needed for our stay. Wifi was excellent and extra beach chairs and toys were an added plus!

This unit more than met our two major requirements - comfortable beds and good air conditioning (we've stayed at places over 40 years of coming to Ocean City that were miserable in these two regards). Also very happy with a full sized washer and dryer and that the laundry room is so clean. Living room furniture was comfortable to use, too. Kitchen has just very basic utensils so you might want to bring anything special you might need (for example, I could not find a bowl scrapper for baking). It has a Keurig, blender (did not use it but assume it works) and toaster. We were happy with it and I plan to rebook for next year.
