The oceanfront setting stood out most, with amazing beach and ocean views enjoyed from the balcony, living areas, and primary bedroom. Guests also appreciated the full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and the indoor pool and hot tub, which added comfort and convenience to the experience. Accurate photos, a pleasant balcony setup, and a generally enjoyable atmosphere helped make the property a favorite for repeat visits.

This beachfront condo is complete with all the essentials and all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen with every appliance you could ever need, cable TV, central air conditioning, free WiFi, washer/dryer on site, a convenient balcony with great beach and ocean views, and a prime location! THINGS TO KNOW No smoking and no pets, please. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Indoor pool hours are limited and not guaranteed during the winter. The pool/hot tub is managed by the HOA/property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The location was great!! The apartment was nice. It had decent amenities. The pool was nice and it was great to have time out of the sun. Being so close to the beach with easy access was nice because I don’t have the best mobility! The old and the you d enjoyed the stay.
