The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. A well-rested vacation awaits at this charming, family-friendly, condo just steps away from the beach! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend an unforgettable time together. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony with terrific views, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. The indoor pool will be closed beginning Monday, March 2, 2026 through Friday, March 14, 2026 for our annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Saturday, March 15, 2026. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo was clean. The entire property was very nice. I’d stay here again.

The patio door lock doesn't work and the chairs on the patio are very dirty and need to be cleaned or replaced The furniture in the living room was dirty and very old and looks like it hasn't been replaced in a long time and the rug needs to be clean. I had to clean the kitchen table and wipe down the counter in the kitchen and wipe dust from the furniture in the bedroom. The pillows on the bed are yellow and brown, they also need to be replaced. Upon arrival the linge on the toliet seat was broken. We called about that and it was fixed. The toliet paper dispenser was broken and when we called to report on Tuesday the dispenser still wasn't fixed on Satureday when we left.

Very nice! Clean even tho it’s an older building very well maintained. Our keypad and door was a bit tricky but worked fine. The only issue we had was that while we loved how close the designated parking space was… we had to do quite a few tricks every time we parked our full size pickup truck. It’s very very tight in the garage. Had a great trip and would book again!
