Things to Know Free WiFi The top bunk is not permitted for adults Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Well we were given less than 24 hours notice about not being able to rent our original place which was close to other family members that were going to be there. Then we get into our new place (which was nice) but on the third day we had water leaking heavily in the laundry room which I reported and no one came to check it. Then I was told I'd be reimbursed from our price of our original place and still have yet to see that when I was told it was processed on the 20th.

Everything you need for a beach vacation is in this unit. Cleanliness was exceptional. The entire building is well kept and the elevator works great. Hoping to return next year.

We stayed for the last week of August 2024 and enjoyed this property very much. Ocean front was a huge bonus. The furniture, kitchen and bathrooms are very nicely updated and don't feel dated. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all the basics, including a Keurig coffee maker in addition to a standard full pot coffee maker. Air Fryer was a surprise. Plenty of extra ice packs left in the freezer helped out as well. It was a very quiet week and the location was not too crowded. Will definitely consider staying here again.
