During the summer season, you can visit the beach bar and grill, the sandwich shop, the convenience store, and our gift shops.

Things to Know

  • The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
  • The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
  • Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
  • Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Spotless upon arrival. Wonderful view of the Atlantic. Tight quarters, but more than enough space for 2 as long as you like each other! This is basically an efficiency with a Murphy bed. Kitchen is adequate, and you should be set for glasses, plates and utensils. If you plan on any serious cooking, bring supplies. I was glad I had my chef’s knife and a good skillet. Internet was fine, and contrary to some previous reviews, the account is the owners and provided excellent connectivity and access to the smart tv features Kudos to Vacasa for the condition of the property and for their excellent follow up when I had a small issue on check-in. I would rent this place and do business with Vacasa in the future.

The view was as beautiful as shown on the listing. However, we were really disappointed with the sleeping arrangement. The Murphy bed was not only extremely uncomfortable, the first full day we had the bed leg broke when we sat down on the bed. We called the customer service number provided, and maintenance/repair man was called up to our room to fix it. However, he came up, said he was going to need different tools to fix it and then never came back. We had to sleep on the couch for the rest of the trip which was so uncomfortable. In addition, the room provides only a blanket that is comparable to a hospital blanket. It is so thin and small. Also- the wifi does not work at all.
