Gullway Getaway is described as a great-value stay that guests loved returning to, with plenty of room for groups and inviting outdoor spaces. Its location stood out for easy access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and nearby attractions, while also offering a convenient bayfront setting. Guests especially appreciated the beautiful waterfront and bay views, including lovely sunsets from the deck. The pool, dock access, and space for boating and paddle boarding added to the appeal, and the responsive management and friendly neighbors helped create a pleasant experience.

Overview

These large three bedroom townhouses have large decks overlooking a lagoon. Quiet cul-de-sac. Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher and central air. No pets, please. Pool is currently closed until further notice. Property does not provide boat slip NO SMOKING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The location and the bay view were beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing ! Definitely needs some updating. If you’re a big family that prepares meals in to save money , take your essentials with you. Pots and pans are very old and not many . I went to Walmart and bought pots and pans for our use

The location to this home was the best! Being right on the bay and being able to use the dock as needed was a plus for our family to go paddle boarding whenever we pleased. They also offered a pool the we all loved and was never too busy. A short drive to the beach and restaurants.
