    • THINGS TO KNOW There is a $60 registration fee for parking at the Irene building. Parking: One designated on-site parking space is included with this rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The Irene is a very nice condo complex. The condo had comfortable furniture and great views of the ocean plus a view of the bay from the deck across the hall. Beds were comfortable, supplies were adequate for light cooking.

Would recommend to anyone. Updated nicely. They only reason not 5 stars is bc the central ac went out And we had to deal with no cooling for 2 hot days. But it was fixed the 3rd day. Otherwise everything was great.

The location couldn’t be any better. Right on the beach with gorgeous views and beach access. The condo was immaculate. The wall of windows/slider brightened the whole space. A few minor tweaks would be great: doormat to wipe any leftover sand off of our feet before entering the unit, small rugs in bedrooms for comfort, batteries in bedroom remote were dead and the living room couch is very aesthetic but uncomfortable. But really aside from these minor things this is a wonderful unit and we would absolutely rent again!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo, especially our time on the ocean front balcony. A special treat was being able to watch the fireworks on Sunday evening on the bayside balcony!
