The condo is repeatedly noted as very clean, well maintained, and well stocked, creating an easy and pleasant stay. Its oceanfront setting offers easy beach access and convenient proximity to restaurants and nearby attractions while still feeling quiet and peaceful. Overview

Cute and spacious oceanfront studio with wide balcony! This is a seventh-floor end studio with two-door privacy access which prevents anyone from passing by the studio. Stainless steel appliances, rincluding a dishwasher, make the well-equipped kitchen very inviting. New blackout curtains have been installed on large balcony wide sliders. New beds have also been installed and the bathroom is freshly renovated. Cable HDTV and internet are provided with this vacation rental. The studio is close to the elevator, but not too close. It also overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and has a view of the bay. Enjoy a fabulous sunrise view from the east side and a sunset view from the bayside. This gem of a studio is directly across the street from Gold Coast Mall and is a short distance to restaurants and bars.

Things to Know

Highpoint South charges $50 per week or $20 per day from May 15-October 15 for parking. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in Unit 7A. The updated bathroom stood out, and the bedding was comfortable. The beds are on the smaller side but were overall fine, though I personally prefer a firmer mattress. The oceanfront view is amazing, and we loved relaxing on the spacious balcony with chairs. We didn’t use the kitchen much during our weekend stay, but having a full fridge, microwave, and other essentials was definitely helpful. The overall vibe of the condo was cozy and clean. Parking was easy, we paid at the kiosk. If you’re paying daily, the kiosk may display options like “park for the week” or “park daily for 14 hours,” but choosing the daily option actually covers you for a full 24 hours. The unit doesn’t have a washer and dryer, but there are community laundry machines available for a fee. The TV allows you to sign into Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc., which is always a plus for us. Overall, I’d give this studio condo a solid 8 out of 10.

We stayed a week in 7a. The unit had a lot to work with in the kitchen. It was perfect for the two of us. We loved the views and the beach! We would rent this unit again.

Very nice unit. Perfect for our quick, middle of the week getaway. Fantastic view and priced right for us. Bathroom updated, and beds were decent. Just beware that you have to pay for parking. Building policy, so not to reflect on owner, but something not used to having to do down OCMD. An additional $50 for the week (adjust your expectations accordingly).

Super clean, smelled wonderful, perfect size for two people, great location, and the most fantastic sunrise views made this place super special. I would have given a 5 star rating if it hadn’t have been for the soft beds that cave in at the center, and the washer/dryer situation that are located far down the hallway and did not work one bit. Not only did our clothes come out more smelly and completely damp, it was not free and I was left scavenging in our car for quarters that eventually was a waste of time and money! It should have been clearly listed that the washer amenity is not located in the unit and is shared with the rest of the entire floor. It used an app to pay for the washer but the broken dryer only used 8 quarters.
