Grier House offered strong value and was described as a great house with a peaceful, comfortable atmosphere. Guests appreciated the nice, clean interior and the well-stocked kitchen. Its setting felt quiet and relaxing, with a spacious deck on the water that gave families room to unwind and play. Grier House was also praised for being within easy walking distance of the beach and nearby stores while still feeling tucked away from busier traffic. Helpful starter supplies were appreciated, and guests also enjoyed the nearby pickleball and opportunities to catch crabs.

This three-bedroom, single-family home is on a corner, canal-front lot in a quiet neighborhood. It is truly the best option for your next family vacation! This classic beach home offers a large deck with beach loungers, plenty of seating, an outdoor dining area, a boat dock, an inviting living area with comfortable furniture, and a large TV. Additional amenities include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. The well-equipped kitchen has another TV and stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We loved the location! Very quick walk to the beach and stores. Pickleball across the street too. The starter packs supplied with paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent were helpful and very appreciated. Very long line for check in at 4, but went quick. The king bed was extremely uncomfortable. Dock was large but no ladder off the dock to get on kayaks, or SUP.

Great deck on the water in a quiet neighborhood.

House was filth. Dust and dead flies everywhere. Empty bottles and cigar wrappers throughout house. A Fishing hook was attached to pillow on couch which punctured my 6 year old sons leg and had to go to hospital to have removed. Ants in cabinets. I could go on and on. Needless to say very disappointed with the condition of house.
