You'll enjoy a magnificent oceanfront and bayside view from this sixth-floor end unit - very few homes in Ocean City offer such a beautiful view of the ocean and the bay in one property. Enjoy watching the sunrise on your large ocean-side balcony and then have dinner watching the sunset on the bayside private balcony. Inside, you'll find an open space decorated with cheerful beach decor. The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, and the whole gang can dine together at the table for eight or grab a barstool for a casual meal. Two separate TV areas and in-home WiFi provide indoor entertainment options. Four TVs have Roku devices, and there is a DVD player with many DVDs. You'll also have access to shared amenities, including a gym and game room. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
