Inside, you'll find an open space decorated with cheerful beach decor. The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, and the whole gang can dine together at the table for eight or grab a barstool for a casual meal. Two separate TV areas and in-home WiFi provide indoor entertainment options; four TVs have Roku devices, and there is a DVD player with many DVDs. You'll also have access to shared amenities, including a gym and game room. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
