Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint South charges $50 per week or $20 per day from May 15-October 15 for parking. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Shared washer and dryer available on-site. Laundry machines are coin-operated for guest use. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Unit 9F DO NOT Rent here We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at this property and feel it is important to share our experience so future guests are properly informed. Upon arrival, we discovered that both beds had wet bedding, and the entire unit had a strong musty, mildew odor. The cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable—floors were sandy, the stove had visible crumbs from previous guests, and the baseboards throughout were filthy. We also encountered several large bugs inside the unit. There is no central air conditioning; instead, the unit relies on loud, wall-mounted AC units placed too high to adjust easily. Their noise level made it nearly impossible to enjoy music or any audio. The shower didn’t drain properly unless we plunged it, and the shower curtain frequently fell down. Additional issues included: Broken chair on the balcony Non-functional remote controls (missing backs and batteries), rendering the TVs unusable Dust buildup in the vents and around the unit Torn and broken screen on the patio door Poor mattress quality—just a firm mattress placed on a wooden platform, with full-size beds awkwardly fitted with queen-size bedding No hair dryer or ironing board, which most comparable rentals provide Community washer and dryer were not working Pool was dirty and full of sand Overall, the unit felt neglected and lacked basic amenities and maintenance. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not consider staying here again and cannot recommend this rental to others.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment was exactly what I was looking for—clean, comfortable, with a great view, and a great swimming pool. The whole unit felt cozy and well taken of. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I’d definitely book here again.
