Loved the view

The only change that I would suggest is the check-in time could be earlier in the day. We had to wait until 2:00 pm to check-in and had to find other parking since the parking spot is not available until then also. At least have the parking spot available since the previous renters need to check out by 10:00 am.

The beautiful condo The gorgeous view of the ocean Loved the Tiki bar Owner had everything you’d need from crockpot to ironing board and iron to hair driers ……. Everything was decorated so nice and master bathroom was nice not to mention the view of the ocean from the bedroom ….

We have stayed at many condos and this one had the most well equipped kitchen we have ever had. Good sized tvs and a nice view. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at 217 and rank the visit highly! All of the cookware made it very easy to save money and eat in. The crock pot was a particular pleasant surprise! Our room had a fantastic view of the outdoor pool which my family made frequent use of. The indoor pool on the 22nd floor was another family favorite. The "Family Fun Night" that was held on the back deck of the Golden Sands on Wednesday nights is worth another shout out. If you like sleeping in on vacation, call dibs on the the back room with the two Queen beds! We were delighted with how dark that room stayed in the morning. We had such peaceful sleeps there! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a Food Lion in walking distance for supplies, not to mention a delicious DoDo's Edible Cookie Dough and Ice Cream. The reserved parking was also quite nice-- you never had to worry about finding a spot! In the afternoons when the masses are returning from the beach, we were quite thankful to be on the 2nd floor as we could bypass the line for the elevator and take the stairs. Full disclosure - The stairs do have quite a relentless, foul odor about them-- but this room you only have do one flight! We used the stairs frequently and just started just holding our breaths when we went up and down. The only heads up I would give future vacationers- in the preview photos, the one of the laundry room shows laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, and extra paper towels on the shelves. That gave us a false sense that those type of consumables were on the premises. When we arrived, there was not even a single sheet of toilet paper (or hand soap) in the bathrooms. I chalk that up to us being new to condo rental. For a smooth transition, I would recommend packing: dish washer detergent, dish soap, a sponge (if you need-- there is a dish towel provided with the towels), laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap refills for the pumps as well as any body washes, shampoos, and conditioners you want to use. Despite our initial unpreparedness with supplies, we had the BEST stay! When we return to Ocean City, I hope we can book Golden Sands 217 again!
