It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Bit of a snafu to start the week, not going to dive in too deep on that, but the staff from Vacasa handled it very well. The room itself is relatively basic, but has all the amenities necessary for your stay. It's the beach, so the plan isn't to spend much time in the room anyway.

This unit is very spacious, kitchen is well equipped , the people working in the building is super nice and the view is priceless ,we enjoy our stay very much and we definitely stay in 1204 again!

The view is amazing! The apt is large with two pull out couches & a queen size bed. Comfortable sleeping. Kitchen is full sized, just bring sharp knives. Otherwise, it is well equipped. Very clean & located within 15 minutes of the attractions. Supermarkets close by. We would definitely stay again.

The place was not welcoming or inviting. It felt very cold walking in. The front door handle feels like it is going to fall off. The bed is so uncomfortable we had to sleep on the couches to get a halfway decent sleep. I will never book this property again. Very disappointing.

Read a review from July 24, the reviewer mentioned the broken balcony furniture and management responded claiming it had been replaced. It still has not been. Replaced. This is real safety issue. One of the reasons we booked this condo was for the balcony views but could not sit out to enjoy.
