Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

It was so convenient to be able to walk thru the dunes for beach access. We also loved the large back deck.

The location is great! Very peaceful and family oriented. We rent this place every year. There is plenty of space for 8 people to sleep comfortably. There is a nice outdoor table on the deck and the location is oceanfront, which is wonderful. The place has been renovated, however already showing some wear but still decent. There are a few things that can be done to make the stay more comfortable. They need a new indoor kitchen table and chairs. The size is not for adults. Built for children. They should also change out the shower curtain yearly-looks really gross and moldy. Overall, a great stay.

Loved being directly on the ocean. The main deck was very nice. Beds were comfortable. It did get hot when you closed the bedroom doors.

The neighbors are absolutely lovely, the location was great and easy to come and go from the beach. Furniture outside has been updated and was great to eat as a family outside. Any maintenance needs were delayed, and double check the dryer as there was a load of wet towels left in there. Overall, would stay again.
